To place an order with me for cake jewellery, favour boxes or cookies you can either:

Cake jewellery : I aim to despatch cake jewellery orders within 3 days, but if you order is for something unusual in colour this may take a little longer, please inform me if your order is urgent and I will do my best to help.Delivery is by first class royal mail and costs £3.50, or special delivery, next day before 1pm for £5.50
If you require insurance please let me know and I will add it to the price of postage.
Please note royal mail do not consider an item lost until 16 days have passed.

Wedding Celebration cakes
Cakes : To order your wedding/celebration cake please telephone your order : 01255 436395, and if possible arrange a consultation/tasting session, here we can discuss all aspects of your order, any special requirements etc.
**Please note that a deposit is required to book your cake, and is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERRABLE as it books your date , this means that I will refuse further bookings for this date once a deposit is received.
Please note celebration cakes other than wedding cakes are for collection ONLY.

Please note that cookies are sent at purchasers risk, I cannot be responsible for breakages during transit, I cannot send replacement orders ,all cookie orders include insurance for you to claim damages from Royal mail.

All items are offered subject to availability. If we are unable to obtain the item or component parts of an item you have ordered, we will suggest alternative solutions, including the option of a full refund.
We reserve the right to add, amend or delete products on this site without prior notice
We reserve the right to amend prices on the site without prior notice. This does not affect orders paid for prior to the price change taking place.
Returns policy
For items which are held in stock, goods may be returned for a full refund less the postage & packaging charges.
You must advise us within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return the item(s) and return them within 14 days.
Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging, with postage paid by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
For items which are made to order or ordered in specifically for a customer order goods are non-refundable
If you are unsure whether an item is refundable or not, please check with us before ordering.
If you return an item which is non-refundable, or outside of the dead-lines outlined above, you will be liable for additional postage charges for the item(s) to be returned to you.
